The Community Association is looking for people who want to join our dedicated team of volunteers. If you have a great idea for something that would improve our community, we would like to support you in your efforts to make it happen.

Some activities we would like to see someone come forward to steward and champion in our community:

• More Seniors Activities
  • Walking program
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Fitness
• A Community Garden

We are also looking for individuals to fill the following roles on our board:

• Communications Director
• Events Director
• Volunteer Engagement Director

65^th Anniversary Celebration!

Wow!  What a fun night!  It was great to see such a large group of people come together to celebrate our wonderful community’s rich past and exciting future.

Thank you to everyone who contributed in making this party a success.   From contributing stories and photos to organizing and setting up and then finally the clean-up.

Please feel free to forward photos of that evening or any other interesting community stories to events@hh-bh.ca.  We will continue to document and display these in the community boardroom.

We had the Hounsfield Heights Briar Hill History Book on display during the 65^th Anniversary Celebration and received a number of orders.  If anyone else wishes to view and/or order this beautiful collection of photos and stories about our community please send me an email.
