HOUNSFIELD HEIGHTS – BRIAR HILL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

INDOOR SOCCER – Sept 2011 – March 2012
(Starts Week of Sept. 26, 2011)

REGISTRATION NIGHT: Tuesday, Sept 13, 6:30 – 8:00pm, at HHBH Gym

1.Bring to registration:

a. Cheque for full fees (see below) made out to “Hounsfield Heights – Briar Hill Community Association”.

b. Registration form (download & print from here - complete in advance) .

c. HHBH membership card, or HHBH membership form (download & print from here - complete in advance) and $20 membership fee.

d. Alberta Health Care number & family doctor name & phone number.

e. Photocopy of Birth Certificate if your child has NOT played indoor soccer with HHBH before.

2.Coaches will meet at the HHBH gym at 8:00 – 8:30pm right after the registration night on Sept 13, to choose the day/time for their team practice, to discuss what competitive level their team should be, and to decide whether there are enough players to run their team.

3.Final Deadline: If, by September 13, there are not enough players or coaches for an age category, then the program for that age category will be cancelled.

Categories & Fees:

U8 – born in 2004 or later $80

U8 – born in 2004 or later $315 (Competitive)

U10 – born in 2002 or later $315

U12 – born in 2000 or later $315

U14 – born in 1998 or later $315

U16 – born in 1996 or later $315

Since we cannot confirm practice & game days until after registration, a refund will be given if scheduling is a problem.

Eligibility: Players MUST register in their correct age categories. Any movement to a higher category would be at the discretion of the coaches.

Practices: One hour, once a week, at HHBH community gym.

Games for U8 Competitive, U10, U12, U14 & U16: approximately once a week from Thanksgiving to March, not including Christmas break.
